Ken is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nexara Capital, which is a fully licensed and compliance focused wealth management platform holding SFC type 1, 4 and 9 licenses and one of the first 8 full license uplift for virtual assets services in Hong Kong. Furthermore, Nexara also holds a trustee license in Hong Kong . 

The firm specialises in advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on global investment, in particular alternative investment and virtual asset.

Nicholas is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Fiduciary Group. He has 20 years of experience in investment banking, private banking, and investment management and has held senior and management positions in top firms such as Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, Investment Advisors Zurich (AG), Far East Organization, Standard Chartered Bank, and Phillip Securities (Singapore). He also served as the GM of the wealth management center of the Win-win Group.

Currently, Nicholas heads the Fiduciary Group of companies, which comprises of a global financial technology platform providing securities brokerage and investment banking services.
