Jaime Chou, CFA
Founding Partner
Jaime is the founding partner of Ocean Capital, a single family office, and a third-generation member of a global family conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. He is also the venture partner of Bitrock Capital, a leading investment firm focusing on FinTech, AI and Digital Assets. Outside of his work, he is the Project Director (Family Engagement) and one of the seven NxGen Ambassadors at CUHK Centre for Family Business, where he volunteers his time to help next generation members embrace the identity of family firms and promote the family office ecosystem in Hong Kong.
Jaime has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, notably having served as Chief Investment Officer of GLy Capital, the offshore investment arm of the Geely Group. A Cornell graduate and CFA Charterholder, he also managed USD and RMB funds at CCBI Asset Management and SPDBI Investment Management.
Marco Poon, MBA

Marco is a third-generation leader of a Hong Kong headquartered global family conglomerate. As managing director of Greenbury Capital Ltd, a single family office, he leads investments in education, media and growth sectors across Greater China and Southeast Asia, with 15+ years managing China operations as key revenue generator. His expertise includes global finance, family governance and asset management. Beyond work, Marco is an editorial panel member and one of the seven NxGen Ambassadors at CUHK Centre for Family Business, where he promotes NxGen engagement and Hong Kong's family office ecosystem. He also serves on the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce YEC Executive Committee.
Marco holds an MBA from Peking University BiMBA & Vlerick Business School, MSc in Global Finance from Fordham University and Family Office Diploma from CEIBS.
Prof. Marshall Jen
Strategic Partner
Marshall, a second-generation member of a leading education firm, is a dedicated Chief Learning Officer who takes a scholarly practitioner approach in working with Asian family firms in solving challenges and fostering multi-generational legacies. His mission is rooted in extensive advisory practice and action-research, from when he joined CUHK Centre for Family Business in 2019 to being the current Chair of HK4FAMILIES. Marshall has led over a dozen stewardship projects, building learning capacity and co-creating strategies to ensure legacy is honored and managed.
Marshall holds a degree in Education from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is one of ten Executive Doctoral Candidates of Business Administration (Class '28) at The University of Liverpool. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Education University of Hong Kong and an Academic Advisor to the Institute of International Studies, a thinktank of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
